Full Description see below:

SolarWinds Network Topology Mapper (NTM) keeps the network diagram current and up-to-date without the hassles of manual network discovery, mapping, and inventory updates.

One of the PCI DSS requirements is to maintain a network diagram visualizing all connections to cardholder data. Network Topology Mapper helps you realize this by saving time and resources. For Windows computers that run in FIPS mode, NTM enables your organization to comply with FIPS 140-2 industry standard.

Build multiple maps from a single scan without the hassle of rescanning the entire network. Audit compliance, network documentation, and complying with other regulatory standards such as SOX, GLBA, HIPAA, etc., is made easy with NTM's network auto-discovery scans. This helps you keep the network diagram up-to-date and at scheduled intervals.
